Try to be as objective as possible, and Oklahoma will be, a damn lot better next season and could easily top 5 most experienced QB, receivers and line and the defense remains largely intact. Texas loses McCoy, Shipley, and some lineman gives no idea of the depth, so that if shocks or Texas, it's easy to go undefeated and will face Nebraska in Big 12 Championship. Boise State will come from TCU touch and is not classified as high. Thus, to me:

5. Florida
6. Texas
7. Nebraska
8. Virginia Tech
